Enpal, a solar company, has established its vocational school to prepare individuals from all backgrounds for this transition. Wolfgang Gruendinger, Enpal’s spokesperson, stated that since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, many individuals have sought to break away from fossil fuels and high energy costs.
